Stacie studied for twelve weeks and was able to give a presentation on nutrition to students and teachers entirely in Spanish. "I studied at Encuentros for 12 weeks and cannot say enough about the teachers and the experience. While learning Spanish, I learned a lot about the Mexican culture which has enhanced my job as a dietitian at the University of Nebraska. Most importantly, I gained confidence to speak the language.
